Operations and Logistics Coordinator - Robertson, South Africa - CA Support
Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - STONE FRUIT MARKETING OPERATIONS
- Setting up weekly pack plans according to confirmed weekly sales orders
- Ensuring marketing requirements for weekly packing is met, e.g. special labels to specific orders
- Daily allocation of packed stock to confirmed orders, together with follow up and tracking of orders that still needs to be completed
- Basic communication with customers
- Updating of the internal weekly price sheet
- Working together with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure vessel planning to all destinations are done timeously, and containers are loaded as soon as possible.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - EXPORT LOGISTICS
- Assisting the existing Logistics Coordinator with vessel planning as needed
- Assisting the existing Logistics Coordinator with over flow of administrative work during peak times, for both air and sea freight load outs
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 3 years' experience in a similar role
