Inherent requirements:

  • Matric and / or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruiter
  • Bulk recruitment experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with good Excel skills
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience working in the training industry
  • Previous experience in learnership recruitment

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the Company's and SETA's code of conduct
  • Archive documentation periodically and ensure the correct recording thereof
  • Assist with the booking of venue hire for pretraining assessment
  • Attend branch and project meetings as and when required
  • Familiarise oneself with the required documentation pertaining to disabled learners when recruiting
  • Book and arrange criminal checks on prospective learners
  • Communicate and liaise with the Project Managers continuously on the progress of recruitment
  • Communicate and liaise with Project Managers and Client Specialists continuously on the progress of recruitment
  • Perform various office administrative duties
  • Accurately capture results on the Recruitment Database and save accordingly on the Training Force sharedrive
  • Ensure that all documents are filed in a logical sequence for easy reference and auditing purposes
  • Keep abreast with SETA, SAQA, B-BBEE information and similar that can impact on the business
  • Mark and report back on assessment results
  • Attend meet and greet meetings with the project team, sales team and client, when required
  • Source and recruit learners as per clients' requirements
  • Communicate and liaise with Project Managers and sales team on the progress of recruitment
  • Request outstanding learner or supplier documentation
  • Update management reports where necessary
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Perform any other reasonable request as directed by management
  • Ensure all disability documents are confirmed with a Medical Practitioner
  • Source external recruiters and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO's) that specialize with disable applicants
