Qualifications:

Two to three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Previous experience in assisting with onboarding processes
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
