Our specialist Property client is looking for a Marketing Manager to establish and maintain corporate identify, design standards and policies, maintain the advertising and marketing budget etc.


  • Responsible for managing, development and execution of a wide range of information materials for external and internal audiences in real estate,
  • Establish and maintain corporate identity, design standards and policies
  • Manage freelance designers and consultants,
  • Work with other units on marketing projects and programmes,
  • Maintain the advertising and marketing budget, and ensure that each campaign is successful,
  • Ensure that advertising campaign budgets are delivered in a costefficient manner,
  • Head up marketing campaigns on social media,
  • Coordinate and facilitate distribution of flyers

Requirements:


  • A degree or diploma in marketing and advertising will be advantageous
  • 5 years' experience in various forms of marketing and communications

Knowledge of retail and commercial property marketing management

  • Property development marketing (advantageous)
