About the role:
Reporting to the Libryo Collaborate Programme Manager, you will:
- Take responsibility for platform administration of Libryo's learning management software (Learn.
Skills and attributes required:
- Highly organised with at least two years administration experience in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Location:
Libryo, an ERM Group Company has a remote-first working policy, and you will be affiliated to your nearest ERM office.
Contract duration:
This role is maternity cover, starting as soon as possible and terminating on 31 April 2024. The role may be made permanent beyond 31 April 2024, but this is not a certainty.
Who you'll collaborate with:
Libryo Collaborate team
Technology tools you'll use:
- Libryo Collaborate (Libryo's work management platform)
- Learn.
Your key metrics, to be further developed in conversation with you:
- Number of Collaborators who have completed training and are ready to start work per month
- New Libryo Collaborators onboarded into the programme per month in line with requirements
- New ERMers onboarded into the programme per month in line with requirements
Learn.
Libryo legal content maintenance and account management- Format and upload new training materials to the Learn.
Libryo Platform, as provided by the Programme Manager.- Work with the Programme Manager to improve the imagery and interactivity of courses using the tools available on Learn.
Libryo.- Maintain and update the Learn.Libryo Platform based on any updates to training materials provided by the Programme Manager.- Publish memos on on behalf of the Programme Manager.- Award badges to Collaborators once quizzes have been completed with minimum requirements achieved.- Remove Collaborators from Learn.
Libryo as needed, when Collaborators become inactive or terminate their contracts with Libryo.- Follow-up with Collaborators who have not completed training timeously.
Provide feedback and insights to the Programme Success Coordinator and Programme Manager.
Platform administration- Deactivate Collaborator user accounts when tasks haven't been completed for 6 months or when Collaborators terminate their contracts with Libryo.- Unsubscribe Collaborators from Mailchimp when accounts are terminated.- Upon request from the Programme Manager, reconfigure user account settings in line with promotions, language group requirements or when new tasks are added to the platform.
Libryo including the creation and configuration of user accounts.- Enroll ERM users into access-limited courses as needed.- As needed, provide general administrative support to the Programme Manager as the Collaborate for ERMers programme grows and develops.
Applications processing and onboarding support As needed, initiate the research of new jurisdiction legal requirements before accepting any new Collaborators into the programme.- Liaise with the HR Coordinator to arrange the signing of contracts and uploading of signed contracts onto the Libryo Collaborate platform.- Create new user accounts for Collaborators on Libryo Collaborate and Learn.
