DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Document Control:
  • Ensure all PV plant reports, service histories, modification works and so on are stored in the Plants specific folder on the Document Management System.
  • Ensure O&M Folder is up to date.
  • Audit and ensure that for every O&M activity completed by the team, that relevant formal reports and proof of works is documented.

Operational Coordination:


  • Record Keeping and Tracking of Weekly Schedules (Clean Teams and Technical Teams).
  • Assist with Coordination of daytoday activities.
  • Keep track of critical projects/modification works with due dates.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Medical and PPE Tracking:


  • Track O&M Employees Medical and relevant training certifications expiry dates and flag before expiration.
  • Track PPE requirements and issued PPE with relevant expiration dates.
  • Track O&M Staff info and update accordingly (head count, active employees and so on liaise with HR Department).

Clean Supply Tracking and Warranty Claim Management:

  • Work with O&M Clean Team to ensure cleaning supplies are sufficient
  • liaise with Procurement for orders.
  • Track Inverter Warranty Claims and follow up with OEM suppliers.

Tracking and Uploading O&M Employee Overtime requests:

  • Upload Overtime requests on Quickly Sign with adherence to pay dates.
  • Uploading of any documentation requiring signatures.
