Main activities/tasks

Banking card Market study in Africa (southern Africa, East Africa, west & central Africa, North Africa)
Assist for the Launch of new products in the region. (mailing, invitation etc.)
Organize innovation days in region in cooperation with Marcom Department. Identify and qualify new opportunities;
Understand the banking card ecosystem in some strategic countries ( RSA, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, DRC, Morocco)
Ensure the relevant market information are communicated to the Africa Sales team;
Prepare activity reports on a regular basis (weekly reports, monthly and quarterly reviews);
Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customers satisfaction and competition activity
Generate demand in the marketplace for new products, services and offers.

Identify and assessing opportunities/leads in the region

Collaborating to communications and key campaigns in areas and providing feedback loop with product lines on market / product development needs.
Travel from time to time in Africa

Knowledge and skills

Fluent in English
Good business analysis and midterm vision;
Good oral and written communication skills;
Knowledge of payments market segments;
Interpersonal skills.

Education, qualifications, and special training

Engineering or business school diploma or post graduate degree.

Other requirements

Signing of Corporate Code of Conduct and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
