JOB SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an individual who will be responsible for all Bookkeeping functions in their organisation.

Our client is a top technology distributor in South Africa, providing a comprehensive range of IT products and services to resellers, system integrators, and retailers across Africa for over 20 years.


THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for this role, you should have the following skills and experience, but not limited to:

  • Financial Diploma and/or Degree.
- +4 years of experience in a Bookkeeping role.

  • Working knowledge of Accpac.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reconciling the cashbook to the bank statement.
  • Verifying and processing sundry transactions.
  • Managing and verifying expense claims and travel advance procedures, raising bank entries for all bank accounts per company.
  • Managing company credit card transactions, loading payments for sundry transactions and paying foreign consultants.
