Job Description:

As the OUTsurance
Business Non-Motor Claims Assessor you will be responsible for assessing, validating and finalising Non-Motor Claims

Responsibilities:

Validate all incidents and claims
Meeting with clients, witnesses, SAPS officials, etc.
Finalise all reports and administration (reports, scanning,photographs etc.)
Liaise with service providers
Make the decision, all administration and telephonic queries arising around that.
Handling and resolving all queries and problems from service provider and clients.

Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and minimum requirements:

Matric
FAIS Accreditation or a FAIS recognized qualification will be highly beneficial.
Valid Driver's licence

Experience:

1 to 2 years investigation/ Assessing experience, especially in a shortterm insurance industry is essential

Additional Information

Enthusiastic in dealing with people in a stressful, deadline orientated environment is essential. Must be willing to travel locally when required and have valid driver's license.
