Job Purpose
This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for customer interaction and a flair for organization. You will be the first person to greet our customers. Valuing our customer's time and making a good first impression will be a priority. In addition to nurturing customer relationships, you will be required to answer phones and perform administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers
- Ability to speak in a clear and friendly manner over the phone and facetoface.
- Strong customer service attitude and the ability to develop customer relationships.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Competencies required
- Good Communication
- English, Zulu and other languages will be advantageous.
- Wellgroomed and presentable.
- Multitasking
- Professional phone etiquette.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependability
Qualification/Experience
- A minimum of a Matric certificate
- At least two years General administration
- Knowledge of any student management system will be an advantage.
