Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager for our Cape Town office, you'll be responsible for generating profitable sales within a designated geographical region.

This dynamic role involves cultivating existing customer accounts, forging new partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery while providing valuable feedback on customer needs.
Manage finances, including credit and negotiation, and maintain accurate financial records.
Facilitate efficient claims resolution and provide necessary support and documentation.

Drive business growth through market research and expansion efforts, collaborating with procurement to ensure product availability.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Expertise:Experience in East Africa markets with a proven track record in selling frozen commodities.

Relationship Builder:Adept at nurturing customer relationships and expanding market share.

Operational Excellence:Familiarity with transportation, claims, credit, and operational procedures is advantageous.

Multilingual Skills:Fluency in English and French is a must, with proficiency in Portuguese being highly desirable.
