Job description:

Provide Front of House Training in a supportive environment
Conduct regular training sessions according to Brand and store requirements in line with the Bootlegger standards, culture, and SOPs.
Responsible for training new employees and current employees on essential information, such as Bootlegger history, loyalty app, menu knowledge, opening and closing procedures, equipment, motivating them and improving their steps of service.
Consistently exhibits and transmits the brands service culture and always displays a positive outlook and attitude.
Monitor daily training needs for respective stores.
Ensure proper appearance and grooming in line with Brand spec.
Onsite training, whereby you are to assist the store with customer service and waiting tables should the store require it.
Maintaining customer service whereby FOH staff are fully trained, and customer service is at all times performed in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with employees, managers, and Franchisees.
To be thoroughly acquainted with the brands SOPs, menu, allergens, loyalty app, campaigns and steps of service whereby full training can be provided to new employees as well as current employees.
Personal practice of professional and clear communication skills, maintaining a junior FOH training manager image using
The appropriate approach and ensuring respect to all.
Training FOH team on handling customer requests and complaints
Evaluate staff and discuss their strengths and weaknesses with the General Manager, providing positive feedback and corrective action.
Manage health and safety standards with regards to the Front of House
Maintain and improve employee performance by coaching individuals/teams on how to optimise specific methods, skills, abilities, upselling, and suggestive selling.

Inspect table and waiter station layouts ensuring they meet the standards and smooth service during operation and training individuals.
