We are a charming guest house nestled in the heart of beautiful Cape Town, seeking a Junior Team Member to join our vibrant team.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and loves interacting with guests from all walks of life.

Position:
Junior Team Member

Location:
Cape Town, South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.

Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the guest house.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including late nights.

Requirements:

A vibrant personality with a genuine passion for working with people.

Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations quickly.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Own transport is preferred, but not required.

Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
