Huntswood is looking for a dynamic Operations Leader to join our Team- Oversee TL and advisors.
- Drive Performance
- Drive QA
- Accountable for deliverables
- Maintain excellent Customer Service
- Execute strategies to improve the teams overall performance.
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Focused on generating high levels of KPI attainment.
- People Management
- Presenting WBR and MBR
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- At least six years' call Centre experience with minimum three years in management capacity
- Motor Claims experience ( UK would be an advantage)
- Third Party Damage
- Recoveries
