Description
The Junior IT Support Specialist will ensure that end users receive optimal IT support in a timely manner. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior IT Support Specialist to provide end-user IT support. This position is based in our Durban campus.

Minimum Qualification

  • Professional information technology certificates such as A+ ,N+ ,INET MOUS, ITILv3 foundation, etc. (a diploma, degree is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
Minimum Experience

  • At least 1 years' experience in desktop/helpdesk support or similar position
  • Experience working with all Microsoft technologies.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Strong experience with DHCP, DNS and General Networking
  • Strong Microsoft Windows operating systems and Apple Mac OSX experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop products including Office, Office 365
