  • Providing administrative support to Senior Staff and Employees.
  • Day to day management for office e.g. IT, desks, stationery, etc
  • Receiving and filing lease agreements
  • Setting up and management of team procedures and protocols
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Providing PA duties for Directors and answering telephones
  • Management of Senior Staff Diaries
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Grade 1 3 years' experience in finance and administration.
  • 2 years Computer Literacy experience: MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, Outlook
  • Able to prioritise and multitask
  • Strategic and forward thinking

  • Adaptability
  • Time Management
  • Some finance experience required
