Description

The main focus of this role is to maintain and enhance customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and suggesting upgrades to current clients to drive business expansion.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum requirement: Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Bachelors Degree or similar in Logistics/Marketing
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Experience working with reputable companies
  • Knowledge of the full supply chain (Freight, International & Warehousing products)
  • Experience in giving presentations and negotiating
  • Valid Code 08 driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule business appointments with clients
  • Meet individual targets
  • Maintain current business relationships
  • Identify and expand client base by selling additional logistics products
  • Promote full supply chain products
  • Understand customer needs, create new opportunities, and increase customer base
  • Update weekly call report and REACH daily
  • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients
  • Handle client inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Identify and report potential threats to existing business
