Requirements:

- +6 years in Courier service industry

Ability to analyse and interpret sales, marketing, financial and operational data and prepare business reports, projections, and recommendations
Negotiation capabilities/skills
Ability to implement structure, processes, procedures and controls
Ability to analyse and interpret information accurately
Ability to demonstrate and delegate tasks
Ability to develop good working relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues & managers

Responsibilities:

Building an environment of motivation and morale for the sales teams
Clear communication of company objectives
Assist teams to develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong sales results
Ensure performance of sales teams and support their development needs
Align perfect plan with meetings of sales team
Generating sales leads and meetings accordingly
Drives sales persons to meet the stipulated individual meeting target
Coordinate and enforce team movements and time management
Identify and escalate development and coaching needs of team members
Manage disciplinary issues and poor performance in accordance with HR policy and procedure
Monitor daily reports and daily calendars
Promulgate the requirements as outlined by operational functions
Ensure sales teams administrative tasks are up to date
Assist with quality assurance, ensuring all deals are of a high standard
Assisting Editorial with solving inaccurate information/deal information
