Execute project work in accordance to established policy and procedures

Drawing up draft P&IDs for new and existing systems
Knowledge of SAP is critical
Assist with creation and closure of Permit to Work
Ensure contractor financials are in accordance with financial department
As part of continuous improvement and changing business needs, develop new Proposals for the plant
Assist in the creation and closure of CAPEX
Conduct plant handover for capital and noncapital modifications prior to plant start up and shut down
Check all equipment prior to plant start up
Ensure compliance to MOC procedure
Conduct goods receipting, placing of orders, updating of PSM leading and lagging indicators and the provision of continuous project updates
Ensure all HAZOPs and Risk Assessments are conducted and respective actions are closedout.
Ensure Mod Prop documents are filled in correctly and is signed off by Site Manager and correctly filed
Manage utilities daily consumptions and provide effective project administration.
Ensure that all project information (i.e. drawings, quotations, etc) are correctly filed
Ensure that all safety standards are maintained, report Near Misses and unsafe conditions
Conduct PJOs on contractors and assist on incident investigations
Ensure correct storage of equipment and proper demarcating of areas of work.
Liaise with Production and Contractors on progress of Projects and necessary requirements.
