Faculty Officer - Bellville, South Africa - University of the Western Cape

Reporting to the Faculty Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following key performance areas in both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate student academic cycle, which will include but not be limited to the following:- Academic Administration
- Marks Administration
- Enquiry Management
- Committee Administration
- Meeting Administration
- Marketing, Branding and Recruitment
- Events Management
- Human Resources Administration
- Reporting
- General Administration
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / National Diploma or equivalent (NQF7)
- A minimum of three (3) years' relevant administrative experience in a Higher Education environment
- Experience in student administration and the student lifecycle
- Working knowledge of a student enrolment management system / University systems
- Proficient in MS Office
