Service Coordinator


Main Duties:

  • Compile quotes for servicing and remedial(repair) works.
  • Send reminders to clients for services that are due as per service matrix.
  • Schedule the service techs and inform clients accordingly.
  • Receive job cards and process for invoicing.
  • Draw stock from stores for remedial works or place request for purchase order.
  • Schedule the remedial works and inform client accordingly.
  • Receive Job cards from service techs and process.
  • Close the jobs and compile Job Pack for invoice notification.
  • Stock control for services and remedial works.

General Duties:

  • Answering telephone.
  • Receive stock and documents from couriers/suppliers.
  • Assistance to other staff members when required.

Applicant must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and recall memory.
  • Solid experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good telephone manner and etiquette.
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to deal with all kinds of personalities.
  • Own transport to and from the office.
  • The ability to grow fond of the industry and be able to form a passion for it
  • To Safe Lives.

Applicant must be:

  • Client centric.
  • Able to cope in a demanding and busy office environment that can be stressful at times.
  • Able to learn the products and respective suppliers.
  • Honest, trustworthy, reliable, goal driven and a good work ethic.
  • Well spoken, no dialect or slang.
  • Fully Bilingual read, write, speak in English and Afrikaans.
  • Able to be trained on our quote/scheduling/invoice notification program.
  • Presentable, articulate, friendly and be able to share an office with colleagues.
  • Able to work as part of the team, but also selfmotivated and disciplined.
  • A nonsmoker.
