Requirements:


A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management coupled with three years relevant experience or a National Diploma in Human Resources Management coupled with four years relevant experience (HR Systems/database maintenance).

Qualification in Business Information systems will be an added advantage

Duties

  • Maintenance and updating of employees details on the operating system(s)
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of all data entered on the operating system(s)
  • Performing data cleanups as well as conducting researches/reports as well as ensure discrepancies are addressed.
  • Generate regular reports on problems and ensure document solutions are developed
  • Systems testing as well as assisting with tests configuration and execution as well as the compilation of user acceptance test packs
  • Other duties that are designated by the line manager
