National Factory Outlet Manager | Joburg | Footwear Industry

An opportunity to join a high-end footwear brand as the National Factory Outlet Manager has become available.

This role will be primarily responsible for managing and energising outlets in Johannesburg (2), Pretoria (1), and Cape Town (2).

If you're passionate about high-end footwear and redefining excellence in retail, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for Please note regular domestic travel will be required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end of season products into the outlets
  • Expand outlet store network
  • Be responsible for the daytoday running of the outlets
  • A key focus area will be to maximise profit so that costs are kept to a minimum while minimizing cost
  • Managing the store teams including Managers, Assistant Managers and permanent and flexi Sales Consultants
  • Ensure excellent customer care standards are met
  • Managing stock levels and making key decision on stock control and merchandising
  • Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years' Factory Outlet store experience, fashion industry preferred
  • Managing multiple stores advantageous
  • Matric required, tertiary qualification beneficial
  • Salesdriven with proven track record
  • Proficient in daytoday store management
  • Strong problemsolving skills and initiative
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team management
  • Proactive attitude and positive mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously
Salary is to be negotiated based on applicant skills, qualifications and experience
