The Organisation

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager & Personal Assistant to plan, execute and

oversee all administrative processes and activities across departments. The role will report

directly to the CEO and work closely with Departmental Heads, Team members and

Customers. The position will be based in Isando.

Job Responsibilities

The Office Manager & Personal Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General Office Administration i.e., diary management, organising and
coordinating stakeholder meetings, booking transport and accommodation,

organising company events and conferences, dealing with correspondence,

complaints and queries from customers, regulatory bodies, etc., preparation of

letters, reports, presentations, processing invoices and managing office

budgets, implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative

systems, ordering of required office supplies, coordination of corporate wear.

  • Facilities Management i.e. ensuring the proper upkeep of the facilities to the
relevant, managing cleaning/support staff and sub-contractors, liaising with

the Council for related services, and ensuring all billing is kept updated.

  • Customer relations.
  • Personal Assistant duties to the CEO.
Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Matric / Grade 1
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Office Administration
  • A recognised tertiary qualification will be a distinct advantage in
Administrative, marketing, finance, operations, general management

principles, etc.

At least 10 years operational / administration working experience within a

corporate environment

  • Indepth Personal Administrator experience to Senior Leadership is required.
  • Must be able to manage customer requirements and needs.
  • Must have a valid driver's licence as the job entails travel.
  • Process and procedure driven.
  • Must have a good command of English and a local language.
  • Professional appearance
  • Must have computer skills and ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Must be medically fit.
