Limpopo, Polokwane (Pietersburg) A Health & Safety Training company in the Phalaborwa, Limpopo area is looking for a Business Unit Leader.

Purpose of the position

To manage the day to day operations of the unit, so as to ensure the efficient running of the unit through sound administrative practices and provision of a level of learning excellence that will meet the companies quality standards and client expectations.

Main duties and responsibilities

Provide information regarding products and services offered by the company

Manage and resolve escalated client queries and complaints relating to all Business Unit operations.

Drive internal upselling and marketing initiatives throughout the region

Write and present reports, business proposals and prepare tenders.

Monitor client service level agreements and ensure KPI's are met

Ensure that the appearance and atmosphere of the business unit reflects those of an Occupational Health and Safety Training Centre and meets the requirements of corporate clients

Process requests for replacement staff to ensure no delays in service delivery due to a shortage of resources

Ensure good housekeeping of branch and surrounding area

Minimum requirements

Matric

7-8 years experience in a similar leadership role

Strong leadership skills

Sales and operations experience

Willingness to travel

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

Skills required

Well spoken and effective communicator

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and meet deadlines

Self-motivated

Problem solver

People orientated
