New products pose new challenges in terms of raw material sourcing and purchasing, engineering and manufacturing, and supply chain planning.

Bring us your sense of curiosity and desire to challenge the mundane, and we'll give you plenty of responsibilities. You will help us improve, innovate, and develop new methods of operation. You'll be dealing with global supply chain issues, such as a smoke-free environment.

(a) Breakdown elimination

(b) Maintenance planning and scheduling Daily Management Systems (DMS)s and as the technical specialist in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting. A majority of your time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in respected area.

Your 'day to day'

  • Ensure compliance to all PMI and Legal standards and directives related to Quality of incoming materials, SFGs and FGs in line with the QMS. Focus on quality defects elimination/prevention and quality at the source. Focus maintenance routines to tackle quality defects elimination/prevention.
  • Ensure standard progressive maintenance monitoring systems such as PM card, deep analysis, and Dice chart are in place and used to eliminate future breakdowns on the line(s). Ensure effective countermeasures are in place to eliminate future Breakdowns. Work together with the team and maintenance group to analyse and implement the maintenance tasks to ensure the assigned CC line(s) are meeting the expected performance. Actively provide the input in spare part optimization and support the line lead to follow up the defect handling execution.
  • As the technical line specialist, build the capability of the team on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery through mentoring and delivering onthejob training. Ensure the completion of the established training plan.
Who we're looking for

  • National Technical Certificate from Technical College, minimum N
  • Qualified Trade tested artisan/ Millwright trade test qualification is advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment is required
  • Proven track record in people coordination/management activities would be an asset
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in critical metric tracking and monitoring, Maintenance systems, SAP, as well as Budgeting and cost control
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
