REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
  • Intermediary Excel experience with creating and processing proformas and sales orders (Pastel) or other essential accounting software
  • Effective communication skills in English and Afrikaans
  • Solid backup to the sales department
  • Financial experience to assist with costings and quotes
  • Customer service oriented, strong organizational skills for task completion
  • Excellent administrative skills, high attention to detail, effective multitasking

DUTIES
  • Manage communication between suppliers and clients from various platforms promptly
  • Accurately manage sales process dispatch
  • Efficiently plan areas & routes
  • Directly communicate with sales reps and clients for delivery planning
  • Create schedules and higher-level overviews for future delivery tracking
  • Daily data capture schedule with driver oversight for effective routing
  • Track delivery & vehicle running costs, maintain tracker records/kms
  • Process purchase orders
  • Maintain filing and databases, update spreadsheets
  • Open Sales files, create customer cover sheets
  • Prepare and Track stock reservation sheets
  • Support sales teams with projects and direct sales assistance
  • Track samples from suppliers & update data sheets
  • Coordinate sample returns from customers, including storage or supplier returns
  • Manage storeroom and sample rack replenishment
  • Name and code new products, maintain product data sheets
  • Source required products, liaise with suppliers, and manage costings
  • Verify stock availability and costing accuracy
  • General administrative duties for smooth office operation

Salary:
R15 R17000, dependent on experience
