Butchery Manager


The Butchery Manager ensures high standards of meat production quality and departmental hygiene are maintained consistently.

This role requires keen attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.


Reporting to:
Senior Management


Blockman
Prepare specialty meat cuts as per customer orders. Undertake meat cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding activities for various meats. Arrange meat cuts attractively in display counters. Wrap, weigh, label, and price meat products.


Meat Packer:

Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet client requirements. Pack meat products following company protocols. Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles. Collaborate with storage management for proper product handling.


Sausage Maker


The Sausage Maker oversees product temperature control, grinding, mixing, stuffing, hanging, smoking, and cooling stages of production.
