MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- A relevant full qualification with at least a NQF level 5 value (Higher Certificate) plus 2 years relevant experience
OR a Matric / Grade 12 or any other relevant full qualification with a NQF level 4 value with at least 4 years relevant experience.
STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of the Public Service and Labour Law prescripts
- Ability to communicate in English, IsiZulu and other African Languages
- A valid driver's license
- Basic financial management and control skills
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Reception
- Provides general office administration support to all members of the Provincial Office
- Renders an Administrative and Labour Relations support service to members
- Prepares, manages and coordinates the key functions of events such as Intersectoral Branch meetings, Galas, networking evenings and mass actions/strike administration
- Administers eworkflow in the Provincial Office
- Provides assistance with budget planning and allocations
- Promotes business relations with business partners and coordinates/diarizes events with their consultants
- Corporate clothing stock control
- Assists with the issuing of Cell phones to the Fulltime Shop Stewards and Chairpersons in the Province and ensures that control measures are in place
