We're on the lookout for a
Field Manager in
KZN-DBN to serve as an ambassador for the company brand, engaging and educating consumers and shoppers about product portfolios and offerings.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the visibility and availability of the products at various points of sale, driving sales growth, and executing activations both in-store and at events.

Your role will encompass team management, store visits, execution and maintenance, promotional activities, stock management, reporting, and communication.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel and management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with smart devices for reporting and communication.
  • Proactive and resultsdriven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for execution excellence and brand compliance.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across crossfunctional teams.
