Description

You will be responsible for but not limited to:_

Loading contracts onto the system

Loading broadsheets onto the system

Maintaining of sales reports and contracts

Report on supplier promotions

Contribute positively towards achievement of sales team

Update data sheet used for quotations

Assist with contract queries

General filing duties

Perform administration duties for the sales management team

Daily sales reporting

Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers

Assist in the training and setting up of the targeted customers' initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants

Assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges

Give regular accurate reporting on the progress / tracking of sales

Play a fundamental role in the budget process

Assist with retrieving of data required to complete tender documents

Take part in stock take


Education:

Matric

Certificate / Diploma (System Administration) will be adv.

MS Office with Advanced Excel

Minimum experience of - 3 years in the food / hospitality industry will be adv.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R13, R15,000.00 per month
