To qualify the following criteria should be met:

  • Valid PSIRA A certification
  • At least 5 years Operations Manager experience
  • Have good people skills
  • Excellent report & incident reporting experience
  • Have good customer liaison experience
  • Manage daily Operations Manager duties
  • Manage monthly rosters
  • Manage own employment process/contracts
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Business Firearm competency (optional)
  • Reaction Manager experience is beneficial but not required
  • Deadline driven
