Description

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Sales Consultant with a background / exposure in CAD AEC / Manufacturing environment for the Gauteng area.

The position is remote with occasional client visits.


Job Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Maintain good Product knowledge via Learning platforms and internal interaction
  • Collaborate on Opportunities with Internal Stakeholders when required
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Convert marketingbased leads into active clients
  • Evaluate clients' needs and build effective solution proposals
  • Set up meetings with potential and existing clients and assist them to understand our services
  • Accurately and diligently perform administrative duties associated with the role

Area of internal influence:


Direct detailed engagement with:

  • Sales Team
  • Marketing (occasional)
  • Technical collaboration required for execution of service oriented activities
  • Administration
  • Reporting to Sales Manager

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years Sales experience in related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Fast learner and passion for sales and engineering software
  • Must reside in Johannesburg or Pretoria (South Africa)

Advantage Skills:


  • Excellent understanding of SMB buying processes and value drivers
  • Excellent Track record of Sales Achievements (against Targets)
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience
  • 3+ years' experience selling Autodesk and/or Prokon CAD Software and associated solutions
  • 2+ years' experience within a partner selling ecosystem (such as within a reseller, or VAR)

Additional Information:


  • Must have own vehicle

  • Friday, 8am 5pm
  • To start as soon as possible
