  • Collaborate with utility clients to understand their business requirements and design SAP ISU solutions accordingly. Configure and customize SAP ISU modules, including Customer Service, Billing and Invoicing, Device Management, Energy Data Management, and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.
  • Perform system configuration activities, including defining organizational structures, master data setup, pricing, and tariff structures. Integrate SAP ISU with other systems such as metering systems, customer portals, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to ensure smooth data flow and business process integration.
  • Analyze and map existing utility business processes to SAP ISU functionalities. Identify gaps and propose process improvements and system enhancements to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service.
  • Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading into SAP ISU.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of SAP ISU. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Conduct training sessions for endusers on SAP ISU modules and functionalities. Provide ongoing support to users, address their queries, and troubleshoot system issues. Assist in change management activities related to SAP ISU implementation, including communication, training materials, and user documentation.
    Inherent Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is typically required.
  • Certifications in SAP ISU modules are beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge and handson experience in SAP ISU modules, including Customer Service, Billing and Invoicing, Device Management, Energy Data Management, and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable.
