What will you do - We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the MiWay Blink Support Team.
- You will be responsible for client services in a Call Centre environment, handling existing customer service queries, complaint resolution, retentions, and collections.
- In this role, you will need to be able to adapt quickly, think on your feet and deal with uncertainty.
- In this role you will:
- Process policy updates
- Followup and collection of premiums
- Customer retention
- Complaint investigation and resolution
- Administration
Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/ Matric/ NQF
- RE 5 & FAIS qualified as per Fit & Proper DOFA date
Experience
- Minimum 2 years Call Centre and administrative experience
- Essential Requirements
- Fluent in English and another official language
