    What will you do
  • We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the MiWay Blink Support Team.
  • You will be responsible for client services in a Call Centre environment, handling existing customer service queries, complaint resolution, retentions, and collections.
  • In this role, you will need to be able to adapt quickly, think on your feet and deal with uncertainty.
  • In this role you will:
  • Process policy updates
  • Followup and collection of premiums
  • Customer retention
  • Complaint investigation and resolution
  • Administration

Minimum Qualification Required

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/ Matric/ NQF
  • RE 5 & FAIS qualified as per Fit & Proper DOFA date

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Call Centre and administrative experience
