Requirements:

Gr12/relevant tertiary qualification (Not required but adventitious: Tertiary or further education for example BSc, NDip, BCom)
2 to 5 years sales or business development experience Mechanical and or Chemical knowledge and working experience would be an advantage.
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Ability to understand technical details of products and make a technically driven sale.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge about CRM software.
Excellent Communication skills
Own Transport
Valid Driver's License
Goal and target driven.

Duties:

Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Move leads through the sales pipeline and execute successful sales.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
Track all sales activities in the company Client Relationship Software (CRM) system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, leads and customers.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Maintain after sales relationships.
Meet and/or exceed quotas.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Sell technical and scientific products that are environmentally sound or designed for environmental remediation.
