MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to support and assist the Head of Marketing, and to help manage all Digital Marketing & Communications concerns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Content Creation & Copy Editing
- Writing, reviewing, editing and updating all marketing content of the Estate.
- Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional material.

Digital
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms to engage consumers.
- Monitoring web traffic (eg conversion and bounce rates), social media and company website metrics
- Manage the daytoday handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram adapting content to suit different channels.
3. Design
- Creating of collateral (including but not limited to, graphic design, logos, brochures, estate advertisements and press releases using InDesign)
4. Communication & Admin Support
- Collatoral, Press Clippings, Photo and Video Shoots etc.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification in Marketing / Advertising or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 years previous experience in similar role
- Previous design experience
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Active on Social Media
- Knowledge of CMS
- Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
- Highly organized
- Strong computer literacy
- Project Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of web analytics
- Strong presentation skills
- Must be proficient with the English Language
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments.
