Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have a Diploma/Degree in Customer Service or supply chain management or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of sales order processing and distribution preferably in the agricultural industry will be required.
  • Must be computer literate SharePoint, MS Excel & Word essential with SAP an advantage
  • An understanding of INCOTERMS and Customs documentation would be preferred
  • Must be able to work under pressure, especially in peak seasons, with great attention to detail
  • Must be customer service oriented with a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
***- Processing sales orders for local and export customers, including invoices, sales reports, order tracking and relevant follow-ups.

  • Communicating with Credit department on credit status of customer accounts
  • Providing customer feedback and handling complaints
  • Participating in Sales and Operations meetings for planning of sales.
  • Preparing purchase requisitions for the department and following up on the creation of purchase orders.
  • Participating in financial and nonfinancial audits, including stock takes and providing required documentation.
  • Receiving incoming shipments.
  • Liaising with Import / Export Governance to ensure Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Import Permits are updated.
  • Completing required forms and sharing these documents with Logistics and the Customs Broker.
  • Booking couriers for collection and delivery of orders.
