Description

Some Project Development Management Experience.

Overall co-ordination, planning and management of new developments and re-developments, upgrades etc. of retail, residential, commercial, leisure properties etc. from inception, including liaising with authorities and interface with contractors where necessary. Identify potential development sites, potential clients requiring commercial and retail accommodation. Sourcing opportunities for acquisitions on existing retail and commercial properties. Programming development milestones, development planning matters, appointment of liaison with project managers, professional team and other consultants etc.

Formulating any required financial models and development budgets and other required aspects for all necessary projects, reconciliations, procurement, designs etc.

in an optimal and best economic manner generally.

Setting a framework for the following activities - Policies - Management processes including understanding new development targets - Developing budgets for approval - Reporting formats - Appointment of consultant parameters - Costs and quality control processes - Legal compliance matters, etc.

In general assisting the company on all areas where your assistance is deemed appropriate. This could include being a company representative on all areas where your assistance is deemed appropriate.
