Description
The position of call centre agent, outbound & sales, consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects and persuading potential customers to use our real estate services.
Tasks
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Contact business or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for services.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, read scripts that describe services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of a client.
- Maintain records of contacts.
- Maintain call logs and report details regarding calls.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1 Year Call Centre experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behaviour.
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and actively look for ways to help people.
