They aim to bridge the gap between digital expectations and real outcomes for international companies with Digital Intelligence.

Our client is recruiting for an Onsite Account Director (HR) to join their team based in Cape Town.


Job purpose:

The day-to-day requirements needed to complete tasks for advertising and public relations accounts. This position pitches new clients, drives sales and manages a team of people dedicated to the accounts, collaborating with both internal employees and internal or external clients to meet goals


Responsibilities:

Pitch concepts and summarize results during multiple client meetings

Generate sales for client accounts

Create account strategies, leading projects from conception to final execution

Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow

Meet deadlines and project budgets

Work with teams to develop materials, coordinate events and provide support and direction

Supervise staff and projects, motivating and mentoring staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients, as well as providing feedback

Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers


Skills:
Technical Skills

High level computer proficiency including

Good computer navigation skills and PC skills

Strong Excel, with knowledge of another Microsoft Office Suite

Preferably good typing speed and accurate system updating

Phone call/master handling skills

Keyboarding skills (at least 30 wpm)

Qualification & Experience:

A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a relevant field

Sound knowledge of all labour laws

Sound knowledge of employment paperwork (e.g., confidentiality act, fixed-term contracts, and terms of agreement etc.)

Familiarity with payroll procedures

Ethical personality along with the ability to handle confidential information

Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional time-management and organizational skills


Salary:
Market Related


Working hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm
