We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Development Partner to join our Global training team based in S.A.This role will be responsible for the delivery of Training to all internal staff across all of our offices.


We are seeking someone with drive and determination who can design, deliver and facilitate first class employee and/or customer specific training, specifically focused on our K8 software initially.

This role will continuously evolve our training plan, build awareness of learning initiatives and demonstrate a return on the investment we make towards our people.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Write and deliver an inhouse suite of online courses focused on the K8 product with written and video content
  • Identify, design and deliver in person training courses to meet operational requirements
  • Keeping up to speed with developments in K8 and keeping the training material up to date in line with new releases
  • Assisting the TD team to deliver the KCS Learning and Development strategy
  • Working with the TD team to identify training needs of internal Staff
  • Continuously improve and evolve training programmes based on future business changes e.g. introducing new innovative learning programmes.
  • Ensure our internal programmes embed our values, behaviours and capabilities
  • Working with IT to ensure the software packs the training is delivered on are kept as up to date as possible
  • Work closely with the TD team to ensure all training is planned, booked and communicated
  • Assist with promoting the TD department and the offerings available
  • Provide reports and KPI data to the Talent Development team management
  • Be flexible with the timings of courses and also with other elements of KCS software that may require training

Key Requirements:


  • Demonstrate working knowledge of ERP business systems and processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of both Trading and Finance elements of K
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver presentations and training to a diverse group of individuals at all levels of management
  • Focused on continuous improvement
  • Clear, articulate and confident communicator with ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Meticulous in ensuring quality and consistency in delivery of training
  • Flexibility in using a range of tools to enhance the delivery of training
  • Willing to undergo selfdevelopment to understand learning and development best practices.
