Responsibilities:***
Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Manage end

  • end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool for future organisational requirements.

Employee Relations:


  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations.

Onboarding and Orientation:


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise new hires with company policies, procedures, and expectations.

Training and Development:


  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
  • Support professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Collaborate with external training providers when necessary.

HR Administration:


  • Maintain accurate and up
  • to
date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and employee assistance programs.
  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as job descriptions, employment contracts, and organisational charts.

  • Compliance:


    • Stay abreast of relevant labour laws and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
    • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Detailoriented with excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
