Creditors Clerk - Franschhoek
- Complete creditors administration.
- Creditor reconciliations and verification of supplier details, including bank details.
- Processing and handling of invoices.
- Compliance with payment requirements.
- Credit management with respect to suppliers.
- Maintenance of general ledger accounts.
- Data capture.
- Handling supplier inquiries.
- Filing of invoices.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Requirements for the position:
- At least four years of experience in a similar role.
- An applicable tertiary qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately.
- Strong work discipline and the ability to handle pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Aboveaverage computer skills.
- Experience in the wine industry would be advantageous but is not a requirement
