Main Responsibilities & Duties:

As Storage Manager you will reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Works with purchasing, shipping & receiving, warehousing/and warehouse stock controlling staff to manage warehouse inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Warehouse Stock Control Team through process of counting and recording inventory
Responsible for actual inventory counts, must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedures used, and location of all inventories
Ensure a high degree of accuracy of the location and unit counts of all inventory items and for adequate security and protection of such it Ensure that inventory transactions for finished goods inventory withdrawals and storage were recorded accurately and timely
Coordinating and processing returns in a timely manner
Receive incoming shipments and review contents against purchase order for accuracy
Identify customer orders, and keep control over customer inventory
Develop and maintain the Master inventory list
Process and maintain records of all inventory and investigate discrepancies and shortage
Maintain accurate and detailed information on inventory control system
Maintain and update tracking system of cycle counts
Processed damaged and spoiled product returns from customer/and or supplier
Responsible for Warehouse Administration
