Job Summary


To develop and implement a functional operating model and framework in a broadly defined business functional strategy; enabling horizontal implementation and adoption.


Job Description:


Business Management:
To provide specialist advice and support in assisting to manage and deliver on the portfolio

Project Management:
Manages the progression of a project at every stage and ensure that the objectives of a project are met

Quality Assurance:
Maintain a desired level of quality in a service or product, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of delivery or production

Risk Management:
Provide Oversight and supervision of activities within the portfolio ensuring that all activities in the portfolio are consistent and in compliance with the risk framework

People Management:
Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development

Dealing with Stakeholders:
Taking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholders

Ensure that timelines are met:
Manage team in such a way that deadlines are met

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas:
Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
