Description
Grade 1- PR Eng or BTech in one of the technical disciplines (must be registered)- Min years experience in Facilities Management environment including soft and technical services.
- Enhanced knowledge of Air Conditioning Maintenance
- Electrical maintenance and procedures.
- Equipment and machinery and critical plant
- Soft services including cleaning and hygiene standards
- OHSA codes and Health and Safety Procedures
- ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 1800
- Computer literate
- Good understanding of Labour Relations Act and HR policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of B-BEEE requirements.
