Main responsibilities of the role:


  • This role requires the successful incumbent to provide soft and technical facilities management services to a portfolio of client sites. It requires both the management of Facilities teams and contractors
  • Responsible to run, manage, operate and control these services (soft and technical facilities management).
  • Manage staff, resources and infrastructure.
  • Ensure cost control, budgeting and profitability.
  • Ensure quality of product and services.
  • Strategic and operational leadership to client and staff.

Qualifications and Experience

  • PR Eng. or BTech in one of the technical disciplines (must be registered)
  • Min years' experience in Facilities Management environment including soft and technical services. NON NEGOTIABLE
  • Enhanced knowledge of: Air conditioning Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and procedures, Equipment and machinery and critical plant, Soft Services including cleaning and hygiene standards, OHSA codes and Health and Safety Procedures, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 18001

R730, R810,000.00 per year
