- ervices, repairs, or replaces HVAC and components; plumbing and sprinkler systems; electrical systems; sound and electronic systems. P
- erforms custodial duties to keep the offices and grounds clean and orderly. S
- ervices, repairs, or replaces locks, hinges, tile work, wall coverings, small paint jobs, motors, engines and ground care equipment. R
- esponsible for safety during work, including the reporting of hazards, both inside and outside the buildings. P
- erforms other duties as assigned.

M
- ust be in possession of a Temple Recommend and/or be worthy to have one. C
- ompleted trade school or an apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical and / or plumbing Trade. A
- minimum of 5 years' experience required in one of the trades mentioned above. M
- ust have a valid driver's license. M
- inimum of 5 years' experience in general handyman/maintenance work. M
- ust be honest and reliable and be able to work with mínimal supervision. A
- bility to communicate at a professional level both written and verbally to priesthood leaders, contractors and vendors. G
- ood interpersonal skills. M
- ust be physically able to climb ladders, stairs, in order to perform maintenance functions. M
