Description

Our hotel in Pretoria is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maintain facility standards of the Hotel to create a safe, comfortable and unique experience for all guests that visits their facility.


Job Knowledge & Skills Required:


  • Tools use and upkeep
  • Project Management
  • Working knowledge of the following specialities preferred:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Carpentry
  • General Maintenance Procedures
  • Preventative Maintenance Operations
  • General Handyman
  • Able to organise and lead team
  • Managing people and processes
  • Project planning and workflow management

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required:


  • 2 Years' experience as maintenance assistant Essential
  • 1 Year hotel environment Desirable
  • 1 Year Supervisory role Desirable


  • Grade 1

  • Desirable


  • Short Course

  • Essential ( refrigeration, electrical, computer, plumbing, carpentry, painting, general maintenance )


  • Trade Test

  • Desirable


  • Grade 1

  • Essential
